The staff was great, love the customer service. The maintenance crew is always on time no complaints.

Very nice and well-organized office. Love the staff and how friendly everyone Is. There are very nice people who live here and are willing to help when you need it. Very spacious apartments as well! All around a great place to visit and live! Highly recommend.

I enjoy living here, it’s pretty quiet & the management team is nice. The apartments are a nice size for the price and they just fixed the roads and potholes so the parking lot looks nice.

I moved to Patriot place in February in my 2 bedroom 1.5 townhouse and I love it !! The neighborhood is quiet , not to mention it comes with an upstairs and also downstairs patio, there’s sooooo much space and I just immediately fell in love with my townhouse, whenever I need something fixed maintenance gets right to the job no questions asked not to mention the prices of each and every apartment is low and affordable and unlike most apartment complexes , patriot place works with you on rent if your running late or need more time , I’ve recommended sooo many people to them & most definitely plan on renewing my lease!

Im a resident at patriot place been staying here for alittle over a year since ive been here its been a good experience my complex is quiet i have good neighbors that look out for each other and friendly plus the staff is great they make you aware of whats going on and reslly try to keep the complex safe for the residents so far its a joy to be living here. They have provided numerous summer barbecues for the residents and provided numerous other perks a great community i pray it keeps getting better.

I love it. I got a tour of the apartment it was professional got told about how long the apartments has been there some good information. The application process was easy and it was quick. I got a phone call the next day. And was able to move in the. The staff is very nice, professional and very understanding. It's quite the neighbors are nice. I'm happy my kids are happy.
